SHIT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN BUYING A GUN ONLINE

• You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun or lower receiver, or at least 18 years of age to purchase a long gun.

• Federal law requires all guns be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, and you must be able to pass the required background checks for your firearm.

• You should contact your selected FFL dealer before placing your order to verify: (1)They are still in business (2)They will accept the transfer (3)Their address is correct (4)Any fees they will charge you for conducting the transfer.

• It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws.

• If you are a current FFL holder, you can speed up your order's processing time by emailing a PDF version of your clearly signed non-expired FFL to ffl@tacticalshit.com, or faxing a copy to 636-323-2360

• Due to Federal regulations, guns cannot be returned after transfer. Once the gun is received at the FFL dealer, inspect your gun thoroughly. If the gun is incorrect or damaged, DO NOT take possession, then contact support@tacticalshit.com. After transfer, any warranty or repair work must be coordinated directly with the gun manufacturer.

• All orders canceled or returned for any reason will be charged a 15% cancelation fee.

• All refunds will be in the form of store credit.

CHOOSING YOUR FFL

1. At checkout, you will enter your zip code to see a map of FFL dealers in your area.

2. You will select the FFL dealer you wish the gun to be shipped to.

3. Prior to placing your order, you should contact your selected FFL dealer to confirm they are currently accepting transfers, and to confirm their pickup process & transfer fees.
