TJ Kirgin is the HMFIC at Tactical Shit so we better speak nice about him.  TJ is a former Law Enforcement Narcotics and Gang Officer from near St. Louis Missouri.  He is certified Expert Sharpshooter by Missouri P.O.S.T.  He may be the fastest and most accurate shooter in the world.  Or he may not.  Either way, TJ has so much fun competing against himself that he forgets about little things like "winning" and occasionally "taking the safety off".
