Ops-Core ACH-ARC Rail Kit

The Ops-Core ACH-ARC Kit (Accessory Rail Connector) is a low profile helmet mount solution for the standard issue Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH). It consists of two polymer rail panels that secure to the shell using the same mounting hardware as the chin strap. The ACH-ARC is designed to allow operators to mount a variety of mission-specific accessories to their helmets, including lights, cameras, IFF devices, O2 masks, and other protective posture equipment. The low-profile rails have recessed attachment points, so they will not snag on risers or other gear. The kit comes with two/each 1913 Rail and Wing-Loc Adapters for the utmost versatility.

This is the latest design refinement of the ACH-ARC, featuring a stronger, lower-profile solution. A lower dove-tail slot supports O2 Masks, Goggles, and Illumination Devices, while providing instant donning and doffing of Mandible and Face Protective Devices. The ACH-ARC is also compatible with OpsCore’s Single and Double Strap O2 Kits.

Please Note: The ACH-ARC is designed to fit size Large (and some Medium) Shells of the standard issue TC-2000 and TC-2002 ACH. It will not fit the TC-2001 Side Cut shell or any of the Extra Large or Small shells.

The ACH-ARC is a truly innovative solution to the needs of today’s battlefield. We like using it to attach IR Illuminators like the Surefire M1 because it gives an instant boost to night vision illumination in whatever direction we look.
